The COO Office drives operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution across ServiceNow. You will partner closely with the Director of Enterprise Strategic Programs, cross-functional operations teams, and senior leaders to drive alignment, simplify complexity, and accelerate execution across the company. This role blends strategic thinking, operational rigor, analytical insight, and exceptional communication.

The Sr. Director will own the strategy, planning, and execution of initiatives that optimize lab operations and scale our diagnostics infrastructure to support the company’s growth goals. This person will build and lead a team of program managers to deliver a robust portfolio of operational and strategic initiatives across the diagnostics space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across clinical and diagnostic lab operations, finance, procurement, technology, and data science to build a world-class diagnostics function.

This role is central to shaping and executing initiatives that accelerate growth, improve provider and family experiences, and drive operational excellence. You will lead critical projects end to end — defining success criteria, managing execution across functions, and ensuring delivery in partnership with teams including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and Engineering.
